Two-way sync: Book an appointment in the CMS → it appears in Google Calendar. Add/edit an event in Google Calendar → it syncs back to the CMS schedule. Cancellations update both sides automatically.

The field name iDintake uses to link records back to your case ID.
When the "Open iDintake" button appears on the on-site docs screen.
How it works: When a tech opens the on-site docs for a Legal case, the iDintake button launches a pre-filled session with the case ID and client name. Captured IDs and photos sync back automatically.
